欢迎使用九翼 ERP。使用本网站及软件即表示您同意下列条款。若您代表公司注册，即表示您有权使该公司受本条款约束。

1. 服务描述

九翼 ERP 为 Amazon Selling Partners 提供订单管理、库存分析、商品信息、财务对账、买家沟通及 Brand Analytics 运营分析等 SaaS 服务。功能依赖 Amazon SP-API（角色范围见产品功能与 SP-API 角色说明）及您选择的第三方物流接口，需您完成相应授权。

2. Amazon API 授权

您理解并同意：仅在 Seller Central / Advertising Console 中主动授权后，我们才会代表您调用 Amazon API；您可随时撤销授权。撤销后相关同步功能将停止，我们不对 Amazon 平台侧的数据延迟或 API 变更承担责任。

3. 可接受使用

您应遵守 Amazon Developer Agreement、Acceptable Use Policy、Data Protection Policy 及适用法律法规。
不得利用本服务抓取、转售或公开传播其他卖家的 Amazon 数据。
不得尝试绕过 API 权限限制或访问未在 Portal 申请的数据域（含未申请的 Restricted Role）。
本应用未申请 Direct-to-Consumer Shipping (Restricted)，不通过 SP-API 为 Amazon 订单生成运输面单。
本应用未申请 Amazon Logistics、Amazon Warehousing and Distribution，不通过 SP-API 访问 Amazon 物流或 AWD 数据。

4. 费用

标准版软件当前免费，详见定价方案。第三方物流等服务费用由相应服务商收取。

5. 免责声明

本服务按「现状」提供。运营数据、利润测算、Brand Analytics 指标等仅供参考，不构成财务或投资建议。您应结合 Amazon 后台及专业意见做商业决策。

6. 责任限制

在法律允许范围内，我们对因 API 中断、网络故障、不可抗力导致的间接损失不承担责任；我们的总赔偿责任不超过您就定制付费服务（如有）在过去 12 个月内向我们支付的费用。

Terms of Service (English)

By using 9exp ERP, you agree to these terms. We provide Amazon seller ERP and analytics services using SP-API roles listed on our Features page, only after your explicit OAuth authorization.

You must comply with Amazon's Developer Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Data Protection Policy. You may not resell Amazon data or access unauthorized API scopes. We do not use Amazon Logistics, Amazon Warehousing and Distribution, Direct-to-Consumer Shipping (Restricted), or other unrequested roles.
